Sales Policies

 

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE INQUIRY, THANKS!

* At any point, I, being the breeder; am able to bend ANY of said rules for certain circumstances.

*All rabbits bought from me that withhold MY prefix MUST be given first rights refusal, back to me. Please and thank you.

* No rabbits Prefix or Name is allowed to change on my pedigrees unless given permission.

* Please keep original pedigree from me, if decided to sell.

*Mekenzie’s Holland Lops is a CLOSED rabbitry.

* All animals are sold AS IS. There are no guarantees in reproduction, if even sold proven. I am NOT held responsible for an animals failure to reproduce. There will be NO replacements or refunds.

* I have FULL rights to change price at ANY point in time. 

* I reserve the right to refuse a sale at any given time. If I feel the rabbit is not going to an appropriate home or decide to keep the rabbit, I have the right to refuse a sale. A downpayment will only be sent back to a buyer for either reason.

* As a buyer you are responsible for checking the quality of the rabbit and health; by checking its nose, ears, teeth, eyes, sex, toenails, and tail. The rabbits pedigree if sold with one, will be available for you to look over before finalizing a sale. I will do my best to give my honest opinion of the rabbit and state any faults i see, i cannot 100% guarantee that everything will be accurate, mistakes are easy to make. I do not guarantee how well a rabbit will place in a show.

* I do not guarantee the sex of the rabbit. Mistakes happen all the time! The rabbit is sold as a buck or doe to my knowledge. If the sex change fairy appears and a sex change happens, I will offer a refund or replacement!

* I do not sell unhealthy bunnies. Each rabbit that leaves my barn has been treated (prevention) for coccidiosis, ear mites/fur mites, and worms.

* If a rabbit becomes sick in your care, it is your responsibility to treat it and pay for vet bills(after 2 days being out of my barn). I am not held responsible for a rabbit’s death or illness.

* I DO NOT sell pets. Brood or show quality will only be available.

* Brood quality- 100 +

* Show quality- 200+

 

* I ask for a 50% down Non-refundable deposit to hold a rabbit. That ensures that the rabbit is going to you and no one else. If you end up backing out of the sale on your accord, the down payment will not be returned. If i have a potential buyer, who I have not received a downpayment from and I am unable to contact them; I will move on to the next buyer.

* I require a 50% downpayment within 24 hours for holding. If i am holding a rabbit longer than a week, i require full payment within 24 hours.

* When I presell, bringing rabbits to shows, i ask for you to pay in full before the show.

* All rabbits that leave my rabbitry will be at least 8 weeks old. Nothing will leave younger than that.

* I only accept PayPal or Cash.
